You have the sweetest, prettiest, most interesting group of live lawn ornaments I've ever seen :) Mine visit, but all too briefly. Thanks for sharing. Sometimes they will be in the fenced back yard and so far I've noticed them before letting the dogs out.JChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13434534658681194289noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3869081464991467583.post-87790198239045929032010-07-19T21:50:09.737-04:002010-07-19T21:50:09.737-04:00so very precious. that is a gift!so very precious. that is a gift!Miss Purr Purrhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01962674976054189140noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3869081464991467583.post-29838960616967622202010-07-05T04:31:32.210-04:002010-07-05T04:31:32.210-04:00Thanks for stopping by my blog and your kind compl...Thanks for stopping by my blog and your kind compliment about my photography. It is amazing to watch the deer grow. Like you I have all of the regular visitors named. I have been doing this since 1997 and my current favorite doe is named "Geri", short for Geraldine and is eight years old and is the daughter of the first doe that accepted me. She is the mother of the fawn in the Camera Critters post.Willardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17059945499957721902noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3869081464991467583.post-77781618927423813312010-07-03T22:39:22.695-04:002010-07-03T22:39:22.695-04:00Oh, I love your deer family! I named the babies, and watched them grow, and watched them disappear during hunting season. The deer all ate the corn we gave them and were not afraid of us, athough they would never let us touch them nor would they touch our hands with their noses! One day Sally showed up very badly lame, and shortly thereafter we never saw her again. It broke my heart and I have not befriended any deer since then. But, since then we moved into the deep woods, and have a mineral block out back for the deer. They all come up, but I haven't named anyone here yet. I do still enjoy watching them, especially the fawns romping in the spring. And now that I found your blog, I will enjoy watching your deer!
~LynnRazzberry Cornerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17644607616585345473noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3869081464991467583.post-35114742367289736972010-07-02T13:02:43.972-04:002010-07-02T13:02:43.972-04:00Love your blog, we are new followers and actually ...Love your blog, we are new followers and actually found you in the blog Catalog. My two largest-a two year old and a three year old left for a week and returned and then left again to be seen no more. I was really looking forward to documenting their antler growth.

I still have thee 2 year old bucks, but they are not going to grow large racks. I have seen some fawns and gotten some excellent photographs, but not lately. It is truly good to see someone else enjoying the deer as much as I do. I hope you have a successful year photographing them.Willardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17059945499957721902noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3869081464991467583.post-18051282833009394472010-06-27T12:27:26.070-04:002010-06-27T12:27:26.070-04:00Amazing, you have a real herd!
