Few Words, Many Birds

We used to spread seed for the birds on our kitchen windowsill during our childhood. With wide eyed wonder, we could watch, only inches away, the feeding habits of these spectacular creatures. My love for our feathered friends remains and I am blessed with joy and satisfaction to be able to feed and watch these delicate beauties that grace our farm.

Brave Bird!

You have some beautiful ones there! Do you know all of their names?! :) Great captures! It takes patience to photograph birds, unless you have a telephoto lens! Have a great weekend!

Hey let me know if you can access the post, or if you get the same funny stuff you saw..I haven't heard of anyone else having an issue. I wonder if you were looking while I was editing it?

What beautiful pictures. Such pretty birds. We had a bird build her nest on our bedroom outside window sill once. It was such a neat experience to be able to watch the baby birds grow up from our bedroom window and I even got to see them leave the nest. It was bittersweet.

Thank you for visiting my blog and leaving a comment.

Hi, it is sooo good to be back, I have missed being part of the blogging scene; as alway, your pictures are lovely! What are the red birds? They look so exotic! I have never seen any like that over here. have just been watching a fat Jay, with Chris, outside our window, so pretty!
